We do our best to ship orders promptly. If you need to cancel, please reach out within 2–3 hours of placing your order at contact@gowalkd.com and include your order number. After processing has begun, we’ll still try to help, but cancellation can’t be guaranteed.
If your order isn’t collected, it will be sent back to us by the carrier. A $15 handling fee will apply to cover return and processing costs. If you’d like to cancel your order, please collect the package first and then reach out to us so we can arrange the return properly.
